Complimentary Silver (oneworld Ruby) for the first card year: 25% tier bonus, priority check-in, boarding and standby, 20% off seat selection and an extra 15 kg of baggage; the issuer also lists lounge access. You must requalify after year one.
A statement credit pays back the carrier-imposed booking fee (not taxes) on Qatar Airways-operated award flights paid with the card, after the whole trip is flown. You unlock it with $15,000 of spend in the first 12 months; it then lasts 12 months and stays on with $25,000 of spend in each 12-month period.
2 Qpoints for every 2,000 Avios earned on card purchases, counting toward Privilege Club tier status.

Cardless, which issues Bilt, Qatar, Avianca and other co-brand cards, wants 60 days between approvals. Applying within 60 days gets declined.
